Sr. Manager – Performance Marketing

What I do?

I get under the skin of my clients’ business/markets/consumers and help them drive maximum ROI from their Performance Marketing programs.

How do I do this?

  • Highly experienced in identifying client’s requirements and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.
  • Able to understand UI & UX and can optimize Landing pages and user funnels
  • Website optimizations based on detailed data-analysis
  • Skilled in A/B tests (experiments)
  • You will develop growth marketing strategies using data insights of each client’s website and will execute campaigns on marketing automation tools and will get media team to work on other digital platforms.
  • You will measure campaign success.
  • You will be the in charge of creating digital marketing strategy that supports overarching business goals which will include acquisition, retention, & loyalty of customers.
  • You will work AM, Content & Design team to craft relevant and enticing campaigns for the end users.
  • Develop methodologies to improve data analysis

 What I need to be?

  • Process Oriented
  • 3-4 years of experience in the Ecommerce (D2C) as growth marketer
  • Possess strong analytical skills
  • Masters in Marketing/ Digital Marketing/Business Intelligence
  • Effective project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Expertise in digital analytics tools (Google, FB/other SM Analytics, Website Analytics using GA, Heat Maps, and 3rd party tools such as Mixpanel, etc)
  • Experience working with Marketing Automation softwares such as Leadsquared, Mautic, Hubspot, Adobe, Salesforce etc. as well as Call Center, Chat and other Automation tools.
  • Should see exciting marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends.
  • Natural ability to absorb technological, data-based and creative concepts in day-to-day outputs
