Key Account Manager

I am special because:

I am a Key Account Manager responsible for driving growth for our ecommerce clients through data-driven growth marketing. I work closely with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that all ecommerce campaigns meet or exceed expectations. I am able to think strategically, provide effective leadership, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

How I achieve this?

  • Manage the team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ecommerce campaigns that drive growth for our clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with ecommerce clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our services
  • Work with clients and the account management team to develop ecommerce strategies that meet clients’ business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to account managers to ensure they have the resources and skills necessary to succeed in their roles
  • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure that ecommerce campaigns are integrated with other marketing efforts
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and optimization across ecommerce campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze ecommerce campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to clients
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and best practices


What I need to be?

  • Process Oriented
  • 2-3 years of experience in the Ecommerce (D2C) space.
  • Masters in Mass Communication/Marketing with Digital specialization preferred.
  • Effective project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Client-focused can-do attitude, good written and verbal communication, and an analytical bent of mind with an ability to derive insights from data.
  • Expertise in digital analytics tools (Google, FB/other SM Analytics, Website Analytics using GA, Heat Maps, and 3rd party tools such as Mixpanel, etc)
  • Preferrable Experience working with Marketing Automation softwares such as Leadsquared, Mautic, Hubspot, Adobe, Salesforce etc. as well as Call Center, Chat and other Automation tools.
  • Natural ability to absorb technological, data-based and creative concepts in day-to-day outputs
