Upon his return to India after serving prominent Marketing Leadership roles in the US, Nitin co-founded a BPO funded by legendary investor Rakesh Jhunjhunwala. He subsequently returned to his marketing roots with the founding of Asymmetrique in 2008. His personal mission is to bring real marketing-thinking back into the tech and data-driven digital world.

Urvashi brings 15+ years of experience in developing diverse content solutions across various formats. After starting her career as a journalist, she went on to work as a creative director & creative producer on several brand-funded programmes for broadcasters. Then with the changing media landscape, Urvashi helped multiple brands with creating digital-first branded content for establishing social & youtube channels. Further as agency lead, she has delivered content strategy & creatively-produced assets for 360 degree brand communication campaigns.
