Experience / Director/Sr.Manager Technology – Data and Marketing Automation
I am Special because :
I am responsible for the selection, procurement and deployment of marketing automation to support and build value for Asymmetrique\'s clients through the enablement of Digital Marketing ROI.
How do I do this?
I focus on the solutioning, design, execution and operations of marketing automation solutions for client’s digital marketing programs to positively affect ROI metrics like Cost per Lead (CPL), Lead Qualification Rates (LQR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
I ensure correct technology is utilized and leveraged to its fullest capabilities for solving client’s data integration and marketing automation problems. This includes best-of-breed/integrated softwares, data management platforms, AI/ML/DL solutions, and the integration of digital assets and data-collection points.
I manage all aspects of marketing automation deployment include design, procurement, setup, integration, testing, deployment and monitoring. I also continuously evaluate new emerging technologies and add-on applications to optimize digital marketing performance.
I lead the adoption of industry best practice/certifications for software development, data confidentiality and process/quality control, as well as the training of team members on new technologies and existing systems.
I proactively package and disseminate information to internal and client leadership and create alignment around marketing automation strategy, solutions, and processes in partnership with the Data-Driven Marketing (DDM) team.
I actively prospect and collaborate with technology partners to design and co-create proprietary solutions for solving client problems and to create IP for Asymmetrique.
I Need to be:
At least 7-10 years relevant experience specifically working with marketing automation softwares, data management platforms, AI/ML/DL applications, BI solutions etc.
Minimum Bachelors in Computer Science/Information Systems from a top institute, AND Masters/Advanced certification/proven skills in new generation marketing automation and consumer experience softwares.
Expert knowledge of marketing technologies and industry best practices.
Solid understanding of workflow processes and systems within digital marketing/e-Commerce/CRM setups.
Excellent project management and vendor management skills, excellent attention to detail.
Proven track record at building and leading high-quality Technology teams.
