  • I am the Business Partner of my clients, armed with immense knowledge of my client’s business and market trends. Expert marketing, communications and proficient to take a marketing brief for pitch.
  • I Identify, target and pitch to new clients/ mandates in existing and new segments. Responsible for generating business and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
  • My core strength lies in ideating for the entire brand from the initial thought, throughout development and till final execution. I try to put in an innovative, compelling and visionary spin on the initial ideas within the framework of internal capabilities and feasibility.
  • I am evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets in collaboration with VP, BD to win greater share of wallet
  • I establish healthy business relations with current clients for securing repeat business & long-term customer loyalty, solving their queries/complaints efficiently
Hence, I absolutely need to have:
  • 8 - 10 years of experience in Ad agency.
  • MBA Marketing or Masters in Mass Communication as well as MICA Graduates preferred. PGDM/ Exe-
  • PGDM, FPM ( Communication)
  • Numbers and target oriented
  • Self-driven and client-focused
  • Analytical bent of mind with an ability to derive insights from research.
  • Observer of human behavior in everyday life situations
  • Avid reader of business material with an aim to always stay current with business and marketing challenges.
  • Natural ability to absorb technological, data-based and creative concepts in day-to-day outputs
